Contingency

Recruiters are paid a percentage of the candidates salary only upon successfully placing someone within your organization. Ideal solution for challenging roles or spot hires. Perfect solution for minimizing your risk and upfront cost. 

Pros: Low risk - only pay for successful placement.
Cons: Typically the most expensive solution.

Discounts: Placement fees are tiered / reduced after every successful candidate is hired with your company.

Hybrid

A blended solution that involves an upfront retainer fee and modest placement fee. Optimal solution for incentivizing performance and ensuring your recruiter is a knowledgeable ambassador for your brand. 

Pros: Incentivizes long term partnerships between Recruiters & Hiring Managers.
Cons: Paying multiple times.
Discounts: Placement fee tiers/discounts like contingency, as well as a 'volume discount' based on the # of open roles.

Ideal solution for high volume hiring across multiple business units. Often functions as an 'embedded recruiting model', where Recruiter is directly plugged into your org, like an internal employee. Lowest cost, but fees are all paid upfront. ​* Availability is limited *
