We solve hiring challenges for a living, so it only makes sense that we support other companies doing the same thing! In 2022, we led several hiring blitzes for a hospitality industry hiring marketplace and helped to fill multiple key sales roles throughout the US. In 2023, we worked heavily with another HR Tech startup to hire 5+ BDRs, a Demand Generation Manager and Sr Product Manager. Finally, we helped an data focused HR startup to hire their first Enterprise AE, who is still a top performer with the company after 5+ years.

Recently, we played a key role in building out the Go-to-Market team for a promising Blockchain-as-a-Service startup. On an aggressive timeline and a tight budget, we led recruitment efforts for multiple key roles in sales (Enterprise Account Executives, Sales Engineers, BDRs), marketing (Demand Generation Manager, Graphic Designer), product (Sr Product Manager) and technology (DevOps Engineer). Additionally, we are plugged into the local Blockchain community here in Austin, TX and attended the Texas Blockchain Council’s annual summit in 2023.

In 2023, we worked with one of the most widely recognized GRC companies in America to build out a new outbound sales motion. Over the course of the engagement, we developed a deep network of Enterprise Account Executives in the GRC space, located in the Bay area, Seattle, Chicago & Minneapolis. Our AE hire in San Francisco is a top performer and he is currently on track for President’s club. In addition, we’ve played a key role in building out the initial go-to-market team for a NYC based SaaS startup using a niche, AI solution to streamline compliance for commercial facilities.

We have supported a variety of tech focused GovCon, MSP and Professional Services clients and have built a particularly strong network of Solution Architects, Software Engineers, Sales Engineers and AEs in the Washington, DC & Atlanta area. The majority of these engagements had rigid requirements around Security Clearance (Public Trust or higher), certifications (CISSP, CASP, CISM, etc), and FISMA & FedRAMP experience.

Over the course of 3 years, we led multiple hiring engagements for a global leader in contract lifecycle management (CLM) space. The majority of our efforts were focused on Enterprise Account Executives, Commercial Account Executives and Sales Engineers in the San Francisco Bay area, Mid-Atlantic, TOLA, and Midwest. Recently, we helped a family owned legal tech company out of Atlanta fill multiple sales roles in a few short weeks.
